Why Yin Yoga & Chinese Medicine?

Yin Yoga is more than a physical practice—it's a path to balance, healing, and inner peace. Rooted in the ancient principles of Chinese Medicine, this training will:

  • Balance the Body: Unlock the flow of energy (Qi) through the meridian system, promoting physical and energetic alignment.

  • Transform the Fascia: Target deep connective tissues to release tension, improve flexibility, and support the health of joints and the entire body.

  • Soothe the Mind: Cultivate stillness and mindfulness, reducing stress and fostering mental clarity and emotional integrity.

  • Rest and digest: Restore and tend to your nervous system, tuning into the parasympathetic, softening into the tissues.

  • Nurture the Spirit: Connect deeply with the rhythms of nature and the elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water for holistic healing.

Meet Ari:

As teacher, performer and adventurer, Ari focuses on the uniqueness of each person; the demands of both body and individuality. He is particularly adept at modifying and adapting the yoga practice for any level and is known for creative sequencing that takes students safely to new levels of exploration. With an approach to yoga that fuses breath in relationship to body movements, Ari interweaves elements of creative mandala sequencing in a style that moves between traditional and explorative, in balanced harmony with alignment principles that create a unique and fulfilling yoga experience.

Meet morgane:

Morgane is excited and grateful to be sharing the love of yoga. She discovered yoga 15 years ago, as part of various physical development techniques in her acting career and training. Over time, her daily personal practice became non-negotiable. She saw first-hand how the practice expanded beyond the physical. Naturally, she became a yoga teacher!

Morgane trained under Arian Levanael, Elisha Young, Mel Mclaughlin, Rachael Coopes, amongst others. She qualified in Vinyasa, Yin , MFR and Kids yoga and is also sharing the practice of mantra and Bhakti Yoga as a door to stillness under the mentoring of Nadav Khan. Morgane loves teaching both the yin and yang practice for a complete experience. She believes this is crucial for developing a sense of equanimity for the body, mind and soul off the mat. Her classes are fun, engaging, at times challenging and sprinkled with philosophical contemplations, singing, and hands on assists.
